Well, my kitchen renovation for the One Room Challenge isn’t quite finished, but the icing on the almost baked cake is that my old janky faucets have FINALLY been replaced.
If you don’t remember the “faucet bandana”, let me refresh your memory!
I don’t have a close up of the old one…it’s probably best! However, you can see the lovely “fix” to our leaky faucet in the above photo. ↑
I partnered with Delta Faucet Company for this kitchen remodel, but I all opinions are my own!
If I’m being honest, I kind of forgot what it’s like to have a fully functioning faucet. This new one is SO much better in every way.
It was also the easiest plumbing project I have ever done! It literally took me less than 10 minutes.
I decided on the Trask™Commercial Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet in the Arctic Stainless finish available at Lowes. I wanted something a little more industrial looking to match our new range.
It has Delta® MagnaTite® Docking that uses a powerful integrated magnet to pull the faucet spray wand back into place.
After my last faucet, I wanted one that I knew wouldn’t leak. The Trask has DIAMOND™ Seal Technology that will perform like new for life with a patented design which reduces leak points.
I also love the option to change the spray.
Leaks didn’t stop at the sink. Our old pot filler had issues too. It would drip and spray water all over the cooktop, so we turned off the water supply and hadn’t used it years.
We filled our first pot of water with the NEW filler last night… and it is was awesome!
This is the Delta Contemporary Wall Mount Pot Filler. It has a dual swing joint design with dual shut off valves that will allow us to turn the water off at either the wall or the spout. This helps with controlling the water flow at the point of use!
Not to mention it is gorgeous…you know it has to have form AND function!
I love having a functioning pot filler again to easily fill large pots quickly. I’m notorious for spilling water on the short trip between the sink and range.
