I know not everyone goes overboard with their holiday decorating… BUT for those of you who do, I have learned a few tricks over the years to help me save time and my walls. Here’s a list of 9 things that help me survive this time of the year.
1. Tacks

USES: hanging things from the ceiling (like paper chains, snow flakes…photo booth backdrops), on the top of cabinets and doors to hang wreaths (with ribbon)
2. Garland Ties
It literally took me minutes to decorate my staircase this year! These ties are genius and can be used year after year.

USES: putting garland down the stairs
3. Floral Wire

USES: anything and everything…holding greenery together, hanging garland from the staircase, tying ornaments onto your tree
4. Suction Cups

USES: hanging wreaths from glass (front door, windows, mirrors…)
5. Removable Hooks

USES: hanging pictures and wreaths without damaging the wall or surface
6. Twine

USES: great for wrapping gifts, tying ornaments onto picture frames, securing garland, hanging wreaths…just about anything!
7. Velcro Picture Hanging Strips
These work great on things that have very flat backs (and no existing hanging bracket, like my “HOPE” letters).

USES: hanging things on the wall so you don’t have to put a new nail hole
8. Ornament Hooks
They make so many different versions of hooks now. I like to keep a variety of different styles. The pretty one’s blend in with the chandelier and the plain ones work great to camouflage.

USES: hanging ornaments from things other than the tree (chandeliers, ribbon, garland, wreaths)
9. Washi Tape
This tape is great for adding a quick pop of color and/or pattern to things.

USES: making a table runner (out of craft paper), presents, cards, anywhere else you feel you need it! 😉

A Christmas decorating survival kit is a must for staying organized and stress-free during the holiday rush. I always include essentials confetti gun like scissors, tape, extra lights, and batteries. I also love having a stash of ornaments, hooks, and a hot glue gun on hand to fix last-minute decorating issues.
In steal a brainrot, every match is a test of skill and strategy. The adrenaline rush of sneaking into an opponent’s base, stealing their hard-earned Brainrots, and escaping unscathed is what keeps players coming back for more. The game’s vibrant graphics and engaging mechanics create an immersive experience that appeals to both casual gamers and competitive players alike.
This Christmas Decorating Survival Kit is such a fun and practical idea! I love how it gathers all the essentials to make holiday decorating easier and more enjoyable. Personally, while putting up decorations, I like to have some Trolli Gummy Pops nearby; it’s a sweet little treat that makes the festive prep even more fun. Do you have a favorite decoration or tradition you always include in your holiday setup?
