Cucumber and Onion Salad
2-3 Medium Cucumbers
1 large onion
1/2 Tbs. salt
3/4 cup cider vinegar
2 Tbs. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
Peel and slice cucumbers and onions very thin. Mix remaining ingredients together, then marinate and chill for a few hours.
