This Berry Smash Prosecco cocktail is refreshing, light and delicious!! It’s perfect for a brunch, dinner, or no occasion at all.

We are having the BEST weather here in Indiana. It has felt like spring for about a week now...even though we aren't quite finished with winter. It has everyone outside and I am so antsy for spring. So, what if we just pretend the great weather is here to stay and whip up a light and fun cocktail?
This Berry Smash Prosecco Cocktail is delicious and perfect for a simple brunch. I just went to the grocery store and got a few bakery items, fresh flowers and cocktail ingredients. In about an hour, I was ready for brunch.
