Berry Smash Prosecco Cocktail


  • fresh berries any variety
  • simple syrup
  • 1 Bottle of Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG
  • ice
  • optional: mint or rosemary to garnish


  1. In a jar (with lid) muddle a small handful of berries. Then add the simple syrup and ice. Shake.
  2. In a glass add a few berries.
  3. Pour the berry syrup over the berries to fill the glass about a ⅓ full.
  4. Top off with Prosecco and garnish with mint or rosemary.

Recipe Notes

To make simple syrup use 1/2 Cup of Sugar, ½ Cup of Water, bring to a boil, remove from heat, stir, and let cool. Chill until ready to use.
