Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate


  • 1 ½ Cups milk
  • ½ Cup cream
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 oz. Milk chocolate
  • 1 oz. Dark chocolate
  • Pinch of table salt
  • Cup caramel sauce
  • Whip cream to taste


  1. In a small saucepan mix milk and cream and heat until slightly boiling.
  2. Add sugar and chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Add a pinch of salt.
  4. Whisk in the caramel sauce until texture becomes fluffy.
  5. Serve in desired glass and add whip cream and caramel sauce to garnish.
