Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a medium bowl beat the flour, sugar, and butter together until smooth.

Add in the peanut butter and stir until fully incorporated.

Add in the egg and keep stirring until fully incorporated.

Stir in the salt and mix another 10 seconds.

Grease a cookie dish.

Fill a large tablespoon halfway full with the batter and place on the cookie tray.

Leave 1-2 inches between as cookies will spread when baking.

Bake for 9-11 minutes until slightly crispy on edges but still soft in the center.

Let cookies cool outside of oven otherwise, they will become crispy.
