Mix the water and sugar well in a small pot and then bring to a boil. This will make a simple syrup to add to the cocktail, once it's cooled.

Wash and cut the tops off of the strawberries, then add them to a blender with the simple syrup. Blend until the strawberries are completely liquified.

Squeeze all four limes into the blender, add the CH Vodka, and blend everything together one last time.

Chill or add some ice and serve!
