Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups coconut milk
  • 1 Cup Greek yogurt
  • Cup blueberries
  • 2 Tbsps honey
  • 2 Cups chopped ripe banana
  • ½ Cup granola
  • 1 Cup chopped strawberries
  • ½ Cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut milk, Greek yogurt, 1 ½ cup banana, and honey into a blender.
  2. Process until smooth (about 30 seconds).
  3. Add the blueberries, honey, half the granola, half the strawberries and half the walnuts.
  4. Pulse for 10 seconds.
  5. Divide into bowls.
  6. Garnish with the remaining bananas chunks, strawberries, and walnuts.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
