The BEST Ever Corn Casserole

by Angela on November 20, 2012

Tis’ the season for baking!!!  And my all time favorite side dish is my Memaw’s corn casserole.  I get many requests for this recipe, so I got permission to share it with all of you.

Jalapenos are technically optional, but I highly recommend them. They add great flavor, but don’t make the dish too hot.

And “Brown paper packages tied up with strings,… are a few of my favorite things!”  So, I covered it in foil and wrapped it.   A white paper doily, “Happy Thanksgiving” stamp, and paper leaf complete the cute packaging.

I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Hugs,

Angela

I’ve clicked the recipe twice and ran my printer … all I got out of it was “UNEXPECTED ELEGANCE”. Thanks anyway!

Also, is that really 45mins at 35degrees? Or maybe 450 degrees for 35 mins? Or maybe 45 mins at 350 degrees?

Sorry, not sure what the issue is with the printable. It’s 350 degrees for 45 min.
